W przypadku Towar\u00f3w termin jest liczony od dnia przekazania Towaru Konsumentowi\/Przedsi\u0119biorcy korzystaj\u0105cemu z ochrony konsumenckiej lub wskazanej przez niego osobie, innej ni\u017c przewo\u017anik, kt\u00f3rego wybra\u0142 do dostarczenia Towaru. <\/li>\n<li> Aby zachowa\u0107 termin do odst\u0105pienia od umowy, wystarczy, aby Konsument\/Przedsi\u0119biorca na prawach konsumenta wys\u0142a\u0142 informacj\u0119 dotycz\u0105c\u0105 wykonania przys\u0142uguj\u0105cego mu prawa odst\u0105pienia od umowy przed up\u0142ywem terminu do odst\u0105pienia od umowy.<\/li>\n<li>Prawo do odst\u0105pienia od umowy zawartej na odleg\u0142o\u015b\u0107 nie przys\u0142uguje Konsumentowi w odniesieniu do: <br \/>a. um\u00f3w o \u015bwiadczenie us\u0142ug, za kt\u00f3re Konsument lub Przedsi\u0119biorca na prawach konsumenta jest zobowi\u0105zany do zap\u0142aty ceny, je\u017celi Sprzedawca wykona\u0142 w pe\u0142ni us\u0142ug\u0119 za wyra\u017an\u0105 i uprzedni\u0105 zgod\u0105 Konsumenta lub Przedsi\u0119biorcy na prawach konsumenta, kt\u00f3ry zosta\u0142 poinformowany przed rozpocz\u0119ciem \u015bwiadczenia, \u017ce po spe\u0142nieniu \u015bwiadczenia przez Sprzedawc\u0119 utraci prawo odst\u0105pienia od umowy i przyj\u0105\u0142 to do wiadomo\u015bci <\/li>\n<li>W celu odst\u0105pienia od umowy, kt\u00f3ra nie obejmuje sytuacji wymienionych w poprzednim punkcie, Konsument\/Przedsi\u0119biorca na prawach konsumenta powinien poinformowa\u0107 Sprzedawc\u0119 o zamiarze odst\u0105pienia od umowy w drodze o\u015bwiadczenia woli w formie pisma wys\u0142anego poczt\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 lub poczt\u0105 na adres podany w \u00a73 Regulaminu.<\/li>\n<li>Konsument i Przedsi\u0119biorca na prawach konsumenta mo\u017ce skorzysta\u0107 w tym celu z wzoru umieszczonego w za\u0142\u0105czniku pod niniejszym Regulaminem. Nie jest to jednak obowi\u0105zkowe.<\/li>\n<li>W przypadku odst\u0105pienia od Umowy Sprzedawca zwraca wszystkie otrzymane p\u0142atno\u015bci, nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c 14 dni od dnia, w kt\u00f3rym Sprzedawca zosta\u0142 poinformowany o odst\u0105pieniu od Umowy przez Konsumenta lub Przedsi\u0119biorc\u0119 na prawach konsumenta.
